The Landmark Trust is a charity which saves historic buildings and makes them available for use as interesting holiday locations. One such is a folly, Luttrells Tower near Southampton, which the Trust has owned since 1968. An extract from their history tells us that from 1951 until 1985 the gardener at the site was a Mr C J Buxton, seen here with the Dennis 30inch mower.
